Recently, I started doing yoga once a week. Or as I like to call it, "Man Yoga". Let's get the important information out of the way: 1. I was the only guy in the class 2. I don't own yoga pants 3. I have never done yoga For the most part, yoga is possible but my body isn't made for any type of binding. I knew I was in trouble when my hands were pretzeled behind my back and the instructor said, "now try between your legs and into half moon". Needless to say, I went with the modified pose instead. Why talk about "man yoga" for the first blog? I hope it made you smile, perhaps it was relatable to your own yoga experiences, or maybe it just made you think about what new experiences you've wanted to try but have not yet explored.
Step out of your comfort zone, create a memorable moment, and when you're done reading this, try and bind with an extended lunge into half moon...I know you want to!
